By accessing or using any part of the CASPER TECHNOLOGY platform — including our APIs, tools, Radio Explorer, or any other service hosted at apis.xcasper.space — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users, developers, and third parties who access or integrate our services, whether for personal, commercial, or educational purposes.

Our APIs are provided free of charge without rate limits as a community service. While we do not enforce hard limits, you agree to use our services responsibly: • You must not use our APIs to spam, scrape, or harass third-party platforms. • You must not attempt to overload, flood, or otherwise degrade the performance of our servers. • You must not use our APIs for any illegal activity, including but not limited to piracy, identity theft, or unauthorized data collection. • Automated bulk requests that negatively impact availability for other users are prohibited. • Commercial products built on our platform are welcome, provided they do not misrepresent their relationship with CASPER TECHNOLOGY.

CASPER TECHNOLOGY provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of any API or tool. • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data returned by our APIs (including now-playing metadata, sports scores, or media content). • That third-party services we aggregate or proxy will remain available. Third-party content (e.g. media, lyrics, images) belongs to their respective owners. CASPER TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for content sourced from external platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CASPER TECHNOLOGY and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes but is not limited to: • Loss of data or revenue resulting from API downtime or changes. • Damage to your systems caused by content returned by our APIs. • Actions taken by you based on inaccurate or outdated API responses. You use this platform at your own risk.

All original code, design, branding, and documentation created by CASPER TECHNOLOGY remain the intellectual property of CASPER TECHNOLOGY and TRABY CASPER. You may: • Integrate our APIs freely into your own projects. • Build and distribute applications powered by our platform. • Share API endpoints and documentation with attribution. You may not: • Reproduce or rebrand CASPER TECHNOLOGY services as your own. • Use our logo, name, or branding without prior written permission. • Claim ownership of any API or tool created by CASPER TECHNOLOGY.

Our platform integrates with or scrapes data from third-party services (e.g. Zeno.fm, StreamGuys, Pollinations AI, Zetta Radio, ICY streams). These integrations are provided for convenience and do not imply any partnership or endorsement. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services. Use of our APIs to access third-party content must comply with the respective terms of those services.

CASPER TECHNOLOGY does not require account registration or collect personal information to use our APIs. We may log: • API request metadata (endpoint called, timestamp, response status) for debugging and uptime monitoring. • General traffic analytics (page views, country-level data) for platform improvement. We do not sell, share, or trade your data with third parties. Any data you send via our APIs (e.g. in query parameters) is used solely to generate the requested response and is not stored long-term.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the effective date updated below. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
